We are Mila and Steve, partners at Barbet Studio.
After years of friendship and collaborating successfully on each other’s professional projects, we decided it was time to build something of our own. Over the years, we noticed that our skills naturally complemented each other, Mila bringing depth in strategic design and team building, and Steve adding strength in business and visual expression.

Whenever we worked together, the projects felt more complete, more creative, and ultimately more impactful. That’s what led us to open Barbet: a space where we can combine our spark on meaningful projects for our clients.

Mila is a strategic design leader with five years of experience building and scaling products in fast-paced environments. With a background in interaction design and a passion for art, she brings a sharp focus to aligning user needs with business goals across the entire product lifecycle.

She leads multidisciplinary teams cultivating a collaborative culture grounded in feedback and continuous improvement. Known for elevating product quality and championing inclusive, user-centered practices, Mila consistently delivers thoughtful and impactful design solutions.

Steve is a visionary designer with over eight years of experience blending brand storytelling with strategic business goals. With a background in communication design and brand development, he has led creative strategies that elevate brand perception and drive engagement, conversion, and loyalty.

He works closely with marketing, growth, and executive teams to ensure visual communication aligns with business objectives and remains consistent across touchpoints. Passionate about building emotional connections between brands and their audiences, Steve brings bold concepts to life through thoughtful, beautifully executed design.
